HEARRING Counselling Tool

our patient-centered
HEARRING Counselling tool

🚨 Hearing counselling is not only about test results — it’s about understanding the patient’s everyday challenges, emotions, and communication needs.

That’s why we created the Hearring Counselling Tool — a solution designed to support professionals in delivering more patient-centered hearing care.

By using a structured counselling approach during diagnosis, clinicians can:

• Better understand the patient’s listening difficulties
• Improve communication and trust during consultations
• Support informed decision-making
• Increase patient engagement and motivation
• Create a more personalized treatment journey

Effective counselling helps transform hearing diagnostics from a technical procedure into a meaningful conversation that truly supports the patient.

At HEARRING, we believe that combining technology with empathetic communication leads to better outcomes for both professionals and patients.

New Electrode Choices Booklet

a document everyone's been waiting for...
THE ELECTRODE CHOICE BOOKLET

🦻 “No patient is alike, no person is alike, and we have to respect that.”

📘 To support clinicians in making patient-centered choices, the HEARRING Electrode Choice Booklet is now available for free on our website.

In cochlear implantation, every patient presents a unique combination of anatomy, hearing experience, and individual needs. That’s why electrode selection should never be approached as a one-size-fits-all decision.

This practical guide brings together expert knowledge, clinical experience, and key considerations for electrode selection—always with one goal in mind: finding the best fit for the individual patient.

Because respecting individuality starts with the choices we make.
