For HEARRING the treatment of younger children in need of cochlear implantation should be an absolute priority and not an elective surgery. With this in mind, our experts will review the paper on Minimum Outcome Measures in the pediatric population. Moreover, they will contemplate the auditory outcomes in young children and the importance of early implantation as well as the surgical aspects in young kids. Last but not least, our panelists will talk about the specifics of cochlear implantation in low income countries.
Our panel will feature such remarkable specialists as Prof. Wolf-Dieter Baumgartner, Prof. Javier Gavilán, Drs. Anouk Hofkens, Prof. Lisa Park, Prof. Rudolf Hagen and Prof. Mohan Kameswaran.
Don’t miss an excellent opportunity to boost your knowledge with the HEARRING experts and gain invaluable insights on the topic.
